By using Noumo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Users must provide accurate information during registration and respect community guidelines. Misuse of the platform for illegal, offensive, or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited.
Each account is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for any activity conducted through their account.
All platform content—including videos, materials, resources, and design—is owned by Noumo or its respective creators and protected under copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.
Noumo provides mentoring and learning services for educational and developmental purposes only. Advice or materials shared on the platform should not be considered professional, legal, or employment advice. Noumo accepts no responsibility for outcomes resulting from mentoring discussions or third-party content.
Noumo complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable international standards. Personal data is collected and processed solely for the operation of the mentoring platform and improvement of services.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting Noumo Support.
Payments made for mentoring programmes or partner subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the refund policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Noumo reserves the right to withhold payment or terminate services in cases of misuse or fraud.
Partner organizations, universities, and mentors may upload or host content through Noumo. Noumo is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of such third-party materials.
Noumo may suspend or terminate access to any user or organization that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent or harmful activities, or breaches confidentiality or community standards.
Noumo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:

Noumo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
